In this role, you will use your exceptional coordination skills to support the servicing of Corporate Hospitality program.
Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Partnerships your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate the administration of the Corporate Hospitality program including logistics, reporting and data entry in Sponserve;
Coordinate the corporate invitations lists, track and maintain budgets in relation to corporate hospitality, catering and events;
Assist the delivery of partner servicing and act as the contact for hospitality at various events and games;
Assist the team with coordinating the fulfilment of all Sponsorship and Partnership contract deliverable;
Act as the conduit between the corporate team and multiple suppliers in the organisation of events, hospitality and sponsor deliverable.
To be a successful member of our Corporate Partnerships team, you will demonstrate that you can bring the following experience, knowledge and attributes to this role:
Experience within a corporate hospitality/sponsorship/sales team in coordinating the delivery of services
The ability to work with multiple external stakeholders across a wide range of industries
Excellent written and communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Office suite
Strong organisational skills, time management and a high attention to detail
Demonstrates initiative, personal drive, influence, solutions focused and forward thinking.
